Elevated Train

Client Houlihan Law
Project
[2013] Create 3d model and simulated photos for an eminent domain case to determine the visual impact of a proposed elevated light rail structure.
Praise
“The simulated photo was a powerful piece of evidence for explaining and visualizing the proposed structure. It was the first thing we showed the jury during opening statement, and we used it again with great effect during cross examination of their key witness. After delivering a favorable verdict, several jury members cited Fat Pencil’s 3d model and renderings as critical in helping them understand the case, and see the logic behind our arguments.”
