Create a 36″x48″ diagram of an intersection at 1/8″=1’0″ scale, so witnesses could place scaled vehicles and pins (for the pedestrian) where they thought they were. Even though there are no marked crosswalks in the intersection in question, Oregon law states that a crosswalk exists as an extension of the sidewalk across any street. A transparent overlay showed where these legal crosswalk zones were, to determine whether or not the pedestrian had the right of way.
