Speaking of Podcasts

I started listening to 99% Invisible in 2012, and I’ve grown to really enjoy podcasts (Radiolab, Song Exploder, and HIBT to name a few). I’ve even been mentioned in one podcast (SketchUp Talk, the Daniel Tal episode). I’ve never been a guest on a podcast, but that’s about to change thanks to an invitation from Sari de la Motte aka “The Attorney Whisperer”.

Update (June 1, 2019): This episode is now available for your listening pleasure on Apple podcasts, or use the embedded player below.

I met Sari six years ago. She helps attorneys become powerful public speakers and develop nonverbal intelligence in order to communicate more effectively with jurors. Fat Pencil helps attorneys use visual tools to discover and share the most compelling stories hidden inside the technical details of a case. We’ve long recognized that our work is complementary, and are finally taking steps to spread the word to our friends and colleagues.

During the podcast, we’ll be talking about visual storytelling, why it’s important to start early in a case, and how it amplify your message when speaking. Look for the episode to be released in June on Sari’s From Hostage to Hero podcast, and in the meantime, check out Sari's Amplify Project to tap in to your power as a speaker.
