Originally from Orlando, Florida, Lani Milton joined Fat Pencil Studio in May 2026. With an MA in Documentary Film from the University of London, she has spent her career producing, crafting, and sharing stories. Since moving to Portland in 2016, she has filmed hundreds of depositions, created films for nonprofits, and most recently hiked to remote locations to document ancient trees. In Lani’s free time she loves bouldering, solving puzzles, reading zines, and volunteering at NW Documentary.
