Even though there are no marked crosswalks at the intersection in question, Oregon law states that a crosswalk exists as an extension of the sidewalk across any street. A transparent overlay (not pictured) showed where these legal crosswalk zones were, to help illustrate whether or not the pedestrian had the right of way.
